Our crew have travelled the world to search for the best street food secrets. Street food merchants have taught us traditional techniques and we’ve brought back the finest spices and ingredients to The Holdy.

But we haven’t forgotten that The Holdy has been a landmark local pub for decades, so we’ve kept the original pub favourites on the menu.
